Wynn Everett (casino)
Wynn Everett is a planned casino that will be built in Everett, Massachusetts and developed by Wynn Resorts. It will be located on the East Side site formerly owned by Monsanto. The development of the land will include the remediation of the brownfield site.
==History==
In 2011, the government of Massachusetts enacted a law permitting Las Vegas-style casino gaming in the state and establishing three territories, each of which would contain one licensed casino. In September 2014, following competition between several proposals, Wynn was awarded the license to build a casino in the eastern district, which includes Boston.〔(Wynn's $1.6B resort in Everett wins casino license )〕
